I always take a holistic view of the home, analyzing how routines and clutter flow between spaces. Often, this means working across multiple areas to improve functionality—so clients can find, use, and put away items with ease.
Hands-on support with decluttering, sorting, and organizing
Systems built around your routines—by category, function, or flow
Light cleaning as we go to help reset the space
Suggestions for storage solutions, supplies, or other helpful services
Labels and signage
Responsible donation and recycling (drop-off time billed separately)
Help arranging installation or repair services
In-person sessions are a minimum of 3 hours and usually run 3–4, sometimes up to 5 depending on the pace and physical demands. I don’t give exact time estimates since progress depends on the size of the space, the amount of stuff, and how quickly decisions can be made. Most areas take at least two sessions to finalize—especially if we’re decluttering deeply, building new systems, or working across multiple spaces.
Decluttering is an essential part of the process—I don’t just put things away. We’ll sort through everything to decide what stays, goes, or needs rehoming for sustainable results. It’s the most time-intensive part, so I encourage clients to plan accordingly. We’ll always move at a manageable pace, with breaks as needed, and I’m happy to adapt to your access needs.
I charge by the hour, depending on the scope of what we’re working on and the services you need. I offer a sliding scale to make my services more accessible while ensuring I am fairly compensated for my labor and expertise. Organizing rates range from $40–$60 per hour based on household income (no proof of income required).
I primarily serve clients within a 60-minute round trip of north Seattle. For sessions requiring significantly longer travel, a travel fee applies to account for additional time and expenses. If you’re outside my standard service area, we can discuss options—including virtual organizing sessions—during a complimentary initial consultation. I’ll always provide you with these details upfront in our initial consult and in my written Terms of Service, so there are no surprises!
I work with adults of all genders, body sizes, sexual identities, abilities, races, and ethnicities. Many of my clients self-identify as ADHDers, autistic, elderly, or as having OCD, anxiety, physical disabilities, or other neurodivergent or accessibility needs. On occasion, and with consent, I work with children age 8 and up. I welcome the support of translators, caregivers, and animals! Your comfort and safety are my top priorities.
To bring flow and order back to your space, follow the Four C’s:
Clarify – Define your needs, goals, and how you (ideally) use your space.
Collect – Gather and categorize every item to see what you have.
Curate – Thoughtfully let go of what no longer serves you.
Contain – Create a designated home for what fits and supports your life.
Important Note: Oftentimes, clutter comes in the form of unfinished projects, piles of “to-do’s”, and tasks that just keep lingering, waiting on “one of these days I’ll get around to it.” It’s not always about the physical stuff; often, it’s the mental load of all the things you should be doing that adds to the overwhelm. That’s where my productivity consulting and house management assistance come in.
Organizing supplies like bins, baskets, dividers, and labels are key to creating a sustainable system, and I’ll work with your budget and aesthetic preferences to find the best solutions. Containing is essential to my approach and to maintain our hard work post-sorting and decluttering—everything needs a designated home. Labels reduce mental effort and help household members maintain the system.
I’ll take measurements, recommend specific products, and either order them or provide you with links for ordering. Over the course of our organizing sessions, I'll install products as they arrive, or return to install them—ensuring everything works smoothly for you. I will also coordinate other professionals for more specialized installation or assembly.
I primarily source products from Amazon and Target-—they’re affordable, offer fast delivery, and have easy return options. I also have a professional account at The Container Store. However, if possible, I also love sourcing second-hand or thrifted items to keep things sustainable and cost-effective. I’m always happy to discuss options based on your preferences.
I understand that life can be unpredictable—especially for those navigating chronic stress, disability, or executive functioning challenges. Sometimes things just happen. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will do my best to reschedule you AND so I can accommodate other clients. A 48-hour notice is required to avoid a fee. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a charge of 50-100% of the missed service may apply. Please reach out to me directly at (206) 414-8065 to reschedule or cancel.
The Art of Keeping is the practice of keeping your home, time, and self well.
It is an idea that is more than just being productive and organized; it’s about energetically and emotionally pouring yourself into creating spaces and rituals that support your wellbeing, nurture your dreams, and reflect your unique lifestyle. Each item we keep is a choice to manage its place in the ecosystem of our space.
When clutter accumulates beyond what we can manage, it diminishes the true possibilities of our space, leaving us overwhelmed and unable to fully appreciate its potential. Organizing is an art because it requires creativity, care, and an understanding of how your environment supports the life you imagine.
It’s not just about tidying up; it’s about thoughtfully considering how to keep your home and routines functioning in a way that aligns with who you are. Keeping your material things well, and following through on commitments to yourself and your space, shows that you respect and care for your shelter—and for the life of possibilities you want to create. It’s a way to nurture not only your surroundings but also your sense of peace, empowerment, and self-care.
